Paul Leon Howkins was born on July 21, 1984 in Banbury hortan hospital. He was such a good baby he was perfect in every single way he loved his food and was a little chubby healthy baby boy and me and my family loved him very much i can remember the time me and him found a can of paint and covered our selfs in it from head to toe it took my dad ages to scrub that paint off. Cant remember how old we were but thats one of those memories i can remember so well
